The main company is Blue Star Ferries, currently with two ships stopping at Patmos, but Hellenic Seaways runs ships as well in high season.

By air and sea: 1- 1/2 hrs each leg.
Olympic and Aegean Air fly to Kos, Kalymnos, Leros and Samos. Their flight information is shared and available on either’s website.www.olympicair.com.
Connect to a catamaran: Dodekanisos Seaways runs large comfortable boats which sail in all but very high winds.They sail every day in high and middle season, except to Samos, where service is less frequent. See their website:
